These service terms describe the planned paid FindMyPractice.ai audit service. Orders and payments are not currently available. Final purchase terms will be published before ordering opens.
Nature of the service
FindMyPractice.ai provides one-time technical and content assessments of publicly accessible practice websites and business information. Reports may evaluate crawler accessibility, structured data, content answerability, professional information, and limited observations of AI-generated search answers. We do not provide ongoing ranking monitoring, website implementation, legal advice or clinical advice unless separately agreed in writing.
Packages and scope
The Essential Audit covers up to 15 agreed website URLs and a concise findings report. The Comprehensive Audit covers up to 150 agreed URLs with deeper checks, competitor context and a prioritized roadmap. The Audit plus AI Search Strategy includes the Comprehensive assessment and one separately scheduled 60-minute AI Search Strategy Session. Accuracy and limitations
AI recommendations vary by platform, query, geography, personalization and time. Our observations are point-in-time findings rather than guarantees of search placement, rankings, business growth or an absence of website errors. Some external systems may block automated verification; those limitations should be identified in the report.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide an accurate website URL, business details and a functional contact email address. Only submit information you are permitted to share. Never submit patient records, account passwords, protected health information or other sensitive personal information.
Delivery and strategy sessions
Our intended standard delivery time is 48 hours after all required practice information has been received for eligible orders, subject to scope and exceptional circumstances. If we cannot meet an agreed deadline, we will contact the customer. AI Search Strategy Sessions are booked separately based on mutually available times.
Pricing and payment
Posted audit fees are one-time charges. Live payments will be processed through Stripe when checkout is activated. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown as required during checkout.
Intellectual property and report use
Customers may use their purchased reports internally and share findings with their employees, agencies and website developers. The underlying audit methodology, report templates and site content remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Customer-submitted business information remains the customer's or rightful owner's information.
Warranty and liability
We aim to provide careful, evidence-based recommendations, but assessments reflect available information at the time performed. No outcome involving third-party AI tools, search engines or customer acquisition is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
